"Great staff but ???"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

I had tongue cancer and had to have remaining bottom teeth out. An implant of 2 teeth was offered to attach a denture to and assist with my eating which is necessary ,I have Multip!e Schlerosis and need a healthy diet. That was over 2 years ago , 2 pre op. Appointmnts 1 cancelled surgery all 7 months ago.I am losing weight. My last appt was cancelled and told a phone appt. .in its place. No call on either phone, I have recorded calls and . Nos. On phones. Only to be accused of not answering the phone call when and Only when I had complained of such did I receive another appt. For October. That will be almost 3 years since I have been on what can only be described as a sloppy diet, everything cut through a machine. Long ago did I taste a slice of toast, a crisp or a nice biscuit.

Or even a piece of fruit, all mpossible to eat. I am 74 years old and will be too old and frail before long with the lack of goodness. I can't remember the of time I set foot inside a Restaraunt. Eating at get togethers was a no, so I am not too sorry to be a "vulnerable " person at the moment. I have been to the Drs and another Hospital for appts. Duly wearing a face mask and gloves. Wheelchair cleaned within an inch of Is life by my Husband. But Northwick park Nothing. To say I am upset, disppointed fed up and much more is an understatement.
