"Small and friendly"

About: Sevenoaks Hospital

Re-directed to Sevenoaks after arriving at Pembury with sprained ankle as due to covid 19 Pembury only accepting more serious cases. Would not have gone just for sprained ankle at the current time only after two weeks it was getting worse so was a bit apprehensive about entering a hospital at current time. Hospital was situated in very nice residential area and had a small well kept garden just outside the entrance with seating. Inside was welcoming , friendly and efficient. Was quickly seen by doctor who was very knowledgeable , caring and efficient and informed me I had walked too far on the foot too soon and caused torn ligaments and muscle. I was given exercise charts and he also e-mailed me further exercises to do at home. He personally saw me out through back door into the garden and something I had been very apprehensive about turned out to be a good experience.

Hello, Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust does provide the minor injuries service at Sevenoaks hospital, though we do not have doctors as our members of staff, only nurse practitioners. If you saw one of our nurses, thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you received a friendly welcome and got seen quickly. We hope that the recommended exercises have helped with the recovery of your injury.
