About: Crosshouse Hospital / Pain Management Service NHS Ayrshire & Arran University Hospital Ayr / Pain management

(as a service user),

My Pain Clinic appointment has been rescheduled 5 times in the past 2 weeks. There has been no support for chronic pain sufferers throughout COVID-19. We've just been abandoned since March. My pain is getting worse and it seems like there's no one trying to help.

I am so sorry that your appointment has been changed so many times and I can only imagine how difficult it is to cope with your pain when it is that bad.
