"Great Practice under Difficult Circumstances"

I fell ill with a rheumatic condition this summer. The practice responded quickly and provided a fast specialist referral as well as blood tests. The doctor was respectful of my initial decision to try to work through the flareup without pain medication (I have felt pressured over this issue with previous GPs) but prescribed it quickly a couple of months later when it eventually became necessary. All of the desk staff were friendly and efficient and when I had to go in for a blood test the covid safety measures were really good, not too many people in the waiting area etc.
