A long wait on the phone ( 1 hour) Some not so straightforward process. Coronavirus has an impact, so can’t hold the staff responsible. All in all I’ve feel I’ve been looked after as well as I could be. Still receiving treatment and getting regular call backs from doctor that I really appreciate. I feel they do what they say. The hardest thing for me is getting a fit note quickly. But again sorted eventually. Most of the staff have been excellent. There’s always one who can spoil it. I concentrate on the good ones and politely feedback on the others. Thanks folks.
