i have had a split tooth since nov 2019 i have had lots off appointments cancelled and two appointments for the same day and time but one said in the hospital and one said telephone appointment so i called and both had been cancelled now 9 months on i still have a split tooth had two infections with antibiotics and as I'm on warfarin my own dentist is reluctant to remove the tooth that's why he referred me ,i rang today to be told im still on the list and should be called shortly ...?

I'm very sorry that you have not been seen by the Maxillofacial Team.

I will certainly pass your comments to the Senior Management Team for this Department to look into and ensure that improvements are made to the long waits for patients to be seen.
