About: Crosshouse Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as the patient),

I attended Crosshouse to have a scan carried out, I am very private person and find these kind of things embarrassing. I have been really struggling with my symptoms and I had waited so long for the appointment due to COVID.

I felt the radiologist manner was abrupt and almost cold. 

Sometimes I think staff need to consider their actions and manner you never know what battle people are fighting.
