My daughter presented to the ED with a deep laceration that had been bleed profucily for two hours.

She was seen by an amazing nurse called Gwyneth who put her at ease and provided a wonderful service.

I am sorry to learn that your daughter had to use our service. I am really pleased to hear that we managed to help your daughter and make her feel comfortable whilst in ED. I am also delighted to learn that Gwyneth put her at ease and looked after her so well. Gwyneth is a fantastic member of our Emergency Department Nursing Team.
