(as the patient),

I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful treatment and care Yvonne and Hazel at the Minor Injury Unit showed to me following my foot injury. Before I came into hospital, I was very nervous and daunted by the fear of the unknown but both of the staff members were all so kind and reassuring from the get go which took away a lot of my apprehension in being treated. Both Yvonne and Hazel demonstrated in their job total commitment into caring for me that day and I cannot thank them both enough.

Dear SJA1,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback on the Care Opinion platform.

I was sorry to learn that you had to attend our minor injuries unit this month and completely understand your concerns and anxieties around COVID and personal safety. I am delighted to hear that Yvonne and Hazel managed to look after you so well and reassure you that we look after people in a safe and caring way and that we take all precautions seriously and as a matter of priority.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to both who I am sure will be delighted.
