This morning, I contacted the Audiology Dept., expecting to receive advice, for my husband over the telephone. I spoke to Rachael, (Receptionist), who, was extremely, pleasant, and, she offered an appointment, in the department for this afternoon.
Michael kept the appointment, and, later, could not speak highly enough, about the treatment he received. One simple,and, quick appointment,whereby, his hearing aids were sorted out, has made a huge difference to his hearing. Thank-you, so much, on his behalf.
