"Terrible organisation"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

9 women have been asked to be at the maternity day assessment unit at 8 in the morning for test and we have been told there is no one to do the test we need until 9.... why would you do something like that?

2 weeks ago I went to the diabetes clinic at 9:30 and it was already an hour and a half delay when the clinic just opened? How is it possible that you can’t get organised at all?
