I attended the Radiology dept for a gastric barium appointment. The three ladies in the department were extremely professional, the procedure was clearly explained and I felt safe. They were all very friendly and made the effort to ensure I was relaxed. The clerk at the desk was friendly, kind with excellent interpersonal skills.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Your message has been passed onto the Radiographers who performed the procedure. It’s particularly lovely to receive at the moment, when we know how hard our staff are working to ensure patients feel safe and welcome as we resume non-covid examinations.
