"No hand sanitiser in dispensers. "

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

While visiting St Georges hospital a couple of weeks ago I was concerned by the lack of hygiene and hand sanitiser in the dispensers. I tried to disinfect my hands and tried 4 different dispensers in various locations in the hospital, all of them were empty. There was also a woman walking through a main corridor without a mask on. I am very worried that my mother will be going in for an operation next week and that the hospital does not seem clean and that mask wearing and sanitisers which are the most basic thing you would expect at this time are not being observed. My friend who has been taking her mother to Hammersmith hospital, told me there they check your temperature before entering and are very clean. If hand sanitiser gel is available in shops, surely in a hospital they should be able to refill the dispensers? There was a chaotic crowded atmosphere and I really hope my mother comes out without catching Covid-19.
