I have had to contact my GP surgery twice during the last number of months due to some health concerns. I have been really impressed by the quality of the service I received and the empathy and care demonstrated by all the staff I spoke to - the receptionists, the nurses who took blood samples from me, and the two doctors; one who I saw in person and the other who contacted me by telephone.
They took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I know they are really busy given the pandemic so the time and genuine concern they demonstrated are really appreciated.
