I have been a member of this practice for 3 years and have found them extremely efficient and professional. I find booking an appointment and getting services easy to do. The gp service is really let down however by a receptionist who is beyond rude on the phone and in person. I have never written a review but feel the need to do so for the reason that the reception should try to be nice to callers and patients who are only calling and visiting as they need a service that is their right to request. Some people are in really low or desperate situations and to be faced with such abruptness and rudeness is such a shame, especially when the gp service is of high quality. Maybe management could have a word?
