I was admitted to Ward 1 Freeman Hospital in August and I was a bit nervous as this was my first appointment at the hospital since the COVID19 lockdown. The thought of the procedure (biopsy) didn’t help. I had a great conversations (felt valued, included in the decision making and informed) with the nurses; Dawn (who I shares a birthday with 😄) & team (including the student nurses who were checking vitals), Ms Lavin & everyone I spoke to! It really helped to calm my nerves
"Great cafe from everyone involved"
