"Terrible experience"

About: Village Surgery

I went there over two months ago complaining about severe hip pain. I was sent for an x-ray and it came back clear. (I had expected this as it is in line with the symptoms of Bursitis or a torn Labrum) I went to see a GP and I got a further referral. after 2 weeks of hearing nothing I phoned and asked what had happened. The said the dr shall get back to me later. After 4 days I phoned back and was told that the dr didn't see a need for further referral as the x-ray was clear. I am on crutches and I have had to visit A&E for pain relief. I have also lost my job as a result of not being able to work. I made another appointment, finally got a referral. The referral was rejected as they don't have a MRI machine. I went last monday after they told me on Friday to go in at 8am to make sure I would definitely get an appointment. I was there at 8am and I was crying and writhing with pain and was refused a dr's appointment. (It was totally heartless). I am pretty much bed ridden unable to work, shop or do anything for myself.
