"Trying to get medication"

When you order the medication I feel it is never ready, l put the request in on Tuesday when my son went to pick it up it had not been done so my son was told that it they would ask about putting it in, but l would have to wait another 6 days until it would be ready.
l have 2 tablet for Saturday and Sunday they are for my heart this has been going on since 2 years it about time this got sorted out.
