My husband and I attended BPAS Richmond for a 2 day surgical abortion following abnormalities found at our 20 week scan for a very much wanted pregnancy.
Having a termination is never going to be the nicest thing. I never thought anything could make the experience any easier but the staff at the clinic did just that.
I was treated with such dignity and respect, every member of staff I had contact with was lovely and caring. There was a particular midwife who held my hand in recovery following the procedure when I started to cry. She told me everything would be OK.
Whilst I would never wish for anyone to have to go through this, if there is anyone out there who finds themselves in this position, I recommend BPAS Richmond
