"Serious concerns"

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

I have serious concerns about infection control, At Chapel Allerton hospital, on arrival seen nursing staff smoking with mast down in Carpark, Hands sanitised on the way in, No temperature taken, went to Rheumatology department was empty of patients, no temperature taken again, Had to go for a blood test where I was sat in the waiting room with Patients with no mask on, we have the same old ticket set up, no one-way system in or out, no one listens to get a complaint,
