"Total waste of time"

I enquire about the nerve conduction study and was supplied with the prices and the information about the test. After all the hassle to organise a gp referral an obnoxious and disinterested member of staff phoned me to say that they don’t do the nerve conduction studies, despite the fact that previously they said they do, they quote me for it and asked for a go referral and the fact that their website clearly say that they do. Very bad service, total waste of time.
