About: Lincoln County Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

The appointment letter sent out contained inaccurate information ie you could be accompanied and it did not say if you were early you would have to wait outside. The standard letter needs to reflect Covid changes. The receptionist was patronising and overfamiliar and whilst waiting there were not enough chairs as they had been removed. Myself and older patients had to stand.

I cannot praise the actual appointment with the doctor enough though
