I have had a few bad experiences over the last year at PAH & feel they can't keep on being a "coincidence".
I worked briefly for the trust last year and felt compelled to make a complaint about another staff member following her foul & abusive language towards me.
Since then I have had the problem with the treatment regarding my broken shoulder - (on page 2 of this site), not just the wrong treatment but also the rudeness I experienced from 2 staff members, plus the abruptness I have received from some people at the Blood Test Unit, plus now with my leg injury.
As I said it can't keep on being a "coincidence" and wonder if something has been said, or maybe, put on my records. If so, that to me would be discriminatory for what was effectively "whistleblowing".
I have requested view of my records but do wonder whether I will be allowed sight of them or whether things will be "removed" from them to cover up any discrimination.
