"Dr's medical staff no problems -- Reception…"

After another event with trowbridge h/c reception staff , I was told that reviews are not read - well , how will things ever change ? The medical staff are very badly let down by the way the reception staff treat their patients , everything is a problem and we are the cause ? .Perhaps a read of the patients charter may improve their dis-respectful attitude to the patients views , trying to discuss a problem is pointless as nothing will ever be resolved by staff who believe they are faultless and refuse to listen to any complaint . They continue to believe they are faultless . I intend to take this complaint further . We deserve better . this complaint is to trowbridge staff only . please do not return your standard reply - no point in talking when no one listens .
