"Speedy and professional care at eye clinic"

About: Bodmin Community Hospital Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I went to the minor injuries clinic at Bodmin on Wednesday lunchtime. I was seen immediately by very friendly and helpful medical staff.

I was referred to the eye clinic at Royal Cornwall Hospital. I was contacted by the eye clinic within two hours and given an appointment for Friday.

I was seen on time at the eye clinic and was dealt with very thoroughly by the nursing staff, technical staff and the consultant who could not have been more thorough and professional. I have been treated three times in A and E at this hospital and on all occasions they have been wonderful.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we are delighted to hear you received the expected treatment at Bodmin Minor Injury Unit. We will pass this onto the Matron who will cascade it to the relevant staff members. The feedback in relation to the eye clinic at RCHT has been forwarded to their Patient Experience service who will cascade to the staff members of the department.
