The team who deal with my IV treatment for Crohns are fabulous.  Over the last few years I have become very friendly with all the team who are always warm and caring.  The team always make an effort to make conversation and enjoy discussing daily life or events other than just my illness.  All in all during my 3 years of treatment I cannot fault any one of them as they all go above and beyond each time I attend my treatment days.

I'd like to thank every single one of the team for their tireless effort in the care they provide to myself and the countless others, and for always continuing to do so with a smile.

Thankyou scowheld for your very generous praise. I have enjoyed sharing your experience with all the staff members who, I am proud, you describe as "warm and caring ". Looking after you "with a smile" is equally reassuring as this quality is just as important to us as your safety and the treatment you receive.

It has been a pleasure both to treat you and to get to know you as the wonderful person you are - seeing you as a whole person beyond that of your disease over the years has made all of us smile too! Thankyou, from all the team, for posting your kind story.
