My mother had the misfortune to be given a carer from this Agency from Hackney Social Services. Appalling care. No checks were made, staff were rude and uncaring, nothing was done. At one stage my mother had shopping delivered and the 'carer' left the shopping in the hall way with perishable goods in it for 3 days. Says as much about Hackney Council as well for dealing with these people.
