"Appointment issues"

Fine once you can get an appointment but it is an absolute nightmare to get one. They release appointments at 8 and 2 but you are unable to get through, the line is engaged and then they have all gone by the time you get through. After redialling 61 times, I managed to get through to be told yet again that all appointments had gone. It is total pot luck as to whether you can get an appointment. Avoid.
