"General care and communication"

About: Dr P & S Poologanathan

(as a service user),

Dr. Poolo's GP Surgery(Rushgreen Medical Centre) at Dagenham, Romford is a surgery run by a group of people who have shown absolute incompetence at communicating with me.

It seems to me that the receptionist (names withheld) has no clue how to allot appointments. 

The doctors (barring one person who is the best one there) have been bad at communication which makes each visit an effort on the part of me as the patient!!! 

We are planning to change surgeries soon.

Sorry for the way the patient feeling about our surgery. Who has been unreasonably rude to the reception staff. Practice managers and GPs told the patient about "Zero Tolerance NHS Policy" and asked him to register elsewhere if they are not happy with the service. The receptionist more than 10 years working an English lady, who is always polite and humble.

The patient was upset and used bad abusive language in the morning rush hours coming and asking for a walk in immediate appointment. Our receptionist could not fulfil his request.
