About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Well Babies (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

After seeing go earlier that day, guy instinct told me my three week old baby was not a well baby!

I took a chance on my gut and went straight to a&e

He was seen immediately taken to resus and worked with by a team of three doctors and multiple nurses,

With low oxygen he was a poorly little boy!

Addmitted onto children’s ward and the staff were amazing each and every one treated our son and us with care and compassion! 

A week stay in hospital and we soon got to take our beautiful boy home again

Thank you all the staff on children’s ward 

Especially  dr Aiden  whom I met also on maternity as well as children’s ward  and a wonderful nurse called Clare
