"Receptionist are rude and need the sack"

Where do I start? I tried to book an appointment and bluntly got told “no I can’t have one” also went for an appointment and one of the reception staff asked me rudely “why are YOU here” and proceeded to look me up and down like I was a piece *something* on her shoe. Can’t complain about the doctors they are lovely and have always helped me. I just can’t understand why the reception reception staff are as awful as they are. The most vile human beings I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. I really think this surgery should re consider who they choose to hire to represent the front desk of the surgery.
