When I was asked to go to Dermatology I expected a quick examination then an appointment for treatment some time in the future. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to be seen almost immediately by Dr Craig and then to discover they could treat me there and then. I only had another 15 minute wait and was ushered through for treatment by David and Lesley who were very friendly and helpful, explaining the procedure and answering my questions. Great service.

Thank you for your kind words. The "one stop" service is something we are trying to get up and running as it benefits the patient and reduces waiting lists. It is great you found it a pleasant surprise, and not an unpleasant one!
