About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

Fell off my bicycle having been stung by a bee.

Abrasions to my face and knees, sore ribs and a broken finger.  The staff were excellent and I felt that I was in safe hands.

Ouch.. I can imagine that would have been pretty painful and not just from the bee sting.

I'm absolutely delighted the staff and service you received was excellent but most of all you felt safe while in hospital.

I will pass on your lovely comments to the staff involved. I'm sure they will be delighted to hear your feedback and that you are on the mend.

I'd like to wish you a speedy recovery and thanks again for the feedback, it's much appreciated in this difficult time.
