Once I finally found my way to the correct department I was greeted in a nice a friendly way and led to receive my treatment by David and Lesley, they were fantastic, made me feel comfortable and safe.

Thank you Andy, for taking the time to tell us how your visit went.

I am sorry about the signage, everything is new because of the covid-19 precautions, but the important thing is you felt well looked after following your game of hide and seek!

Hopefully everything is going as planned and you weren't too sore after the anaesthetic wore off.
