Really devastated that econsult has been introduced. I used to consider myself very lucky to have such a great gp practice and always gave it full marks. Now it seems patients are a nuisance and must be kept at arm's length. I feel angry enough to bring it to the attention of my MP - so many people cannot access their doctor! The surgery has become a fortress. Yet, with a bit of imagination it would be quite possible to create good social distancing so patients could access face to face help. Covid19 has been around since Feb/March and it's now August. Instead of looking at creative solutions to provide the usual good service, you imposed econsult to keep people out! Really, really sad to see such a change of ethos.
