"A fantastic, professional and caring team "

The four week care package provided by Care By Us for my 96 year old mum after a fall and hip operation has just ended. Every single one of the carers was fantastic - patient, caring, friendly, professional, efficient and every carer treated mum with dignity and respect. They spent about 30 minutes on each visit (morning and evening) and never rushed, despite the extra pressures they were under, having to put on PPE etc. My husband I were most impressed by the Covid 19 measures put in place and felt completely safe with their visits. The service they provided was a tremendous help to us and we would most certainly use them again in the future.
