My experience with this health care team has been amazing. The staff have been excellent they are always asking how you are feeling through the process of my venesection.   The unit being here in Dungannon is very handy for me.   I can't express enough how amazing the staff and this service is.

The Day Clinical Centre staff will be very encouraged by your kind words - to be described as amazing is very special indeed. We were all reticent at first to continue the Venesection Service here in South Tyrone Hospital in Dungannon during Covid 19 but with the patient and staff compliance with PPE and Social Distancing, which is easily facilitated by the open ward, everyone was quickly reassured from the outset. It is wonderful to hear the staff have been so attentive to your needs.

I was glad to hear the clinic was in close proximity to you - an added bonus indeed. I will pass on your compliments to the staff and thankyou heartedly for sharing your experiences with us.
