"At ease & safe for Biologic Therapy"

It is great to hear such positive observations about our new, but temporary, location in South Tyrone Hospital where we had to move to in March when the pandemic came into our lives. I agree the unit we are using presently is extremely "spacious" and certainly "less cluttered" than our previous abode. These factors have surely helped us to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and has, in addition, made cleaning of this very busy Unit an easier task. I am also reassured to hear that the staff hygiene is "very good" and that they have attended so well to your needs.

Ultimately, I am mostly content to learn that you felt "at ease and safe" attending our Day Clinical Centre for your essential treatment. To receive Biologic therapy during Lockdown must have been nerve wrecking and to venture out from shielding must have been an extremely anxious time for you. To have had your initial fears allayed so you can come again with confidence is just wonderful to hear. Your kind words will hopefully put the anxieties of other patients, who made read your story, to rest. So thankyou once again for taking the time to tell it.
