(as the patient),

I have had quite a lot of sessions with Eldred Stephen the IPS Employment Team Lead,

he has helped me a lot both on my professional career but as well encouraging me whenever he saw an opportunity. He has become more than a mentor a friend that has been supporting me while I was unwell and after as well.

I am glad that someone like him works in IPS Employment Team because he is an asset in the team and above all a charming and kind person. 

I have nothing but praise and admiration for IPS Employment Team!
