A call back requested to discuss concerns over father’s health, consent given.
The Doctor called back in time period stated. During a period when they are so overwhelmed, the doctor gave as much time required to listen, diagnose, and discuss concerns raised. This gave so much reassurance, not only to my father, but to the whole family for the care and support offered and received.
