(as a service user),

All of the nurses made me feel very comfortable and at ease.   there is plenty of space and social distancing and appropriate PPE is adhered to at all times.

Thankyou for sending such positive comments about the ways in which you were made to feel "very comfortable" as you came to have your treatment in the Day Clinical |Centre. We are reassured to hear that the measures we are taking also made you so "at ease" - this is of paramount importance to us as our patients come out of Lockdown to receive their lifechanging treatments.

I agree the spacious layout of our temporary location in South Tyrone Hospital has made social distancing much easier to maintain in the DCC and I am happy to know that PPE measures are also being adhered to.

It has been very anxious times for all our shielded patients to continue to receive their on-going treatment during this pandemic and am relieved to share that your thoughts have been mirrored by many other patients who come to us in spite of all the changes we had to make. Thanks again for your kind words which I will be keen to impart to the rest of the team.
