Attended this unit this morning for a procedure and firstly can I say there aren’t enough superlatives in the Oxford English Dictionary to apply to all NHS staff for the excellent service they provide but I will try. The work of Kirsty and her support from Claire was  up to the highest standard we all have experienced. To single out Kirsty her explanation of what was to happen and her delivery of the procedure was excellent. If you attend this unit be assured your experience will be second to none.
