About: Cardiology / Cardiology Assessment Hub

(as the patient),

Appointment arranged with the hub by my GP, within 4 hours of my GP appointment. The speed of the provision of the service was excellent and the service provided was first class.

The consultation was with a specialist nurse and she very skilfully assessed my condition and in consultation with a consultant provided me with a treatment plan, with further test arranged. She subsequently provided me with advice by telephone, at my request, and she was able to put my mind at rest about medication etc.

Overall, a very professional service, suited to my particular needs.
