"Very disappointing "

About: Loddon Vale Practice

After trying to get a call booked for my husband who had been referred by 111,reception just repeated that I should have rang at 8am, it was 11.30am I tried to explain why the call was needed rather urgently but just met the same response...I would have to call back at 8am the next day & hope I was one of the lucky ones! I left feedback on their website hoping for an explanation but 12 days later I have yet to hear back from anyone 😔 My husband has since registered with a different practice Such a shame as he had been a patient there for 40 plus years!

Thank you for your feedback, I am concerned as you have said you left feedback on our website, all emails are responded to within 48 hours, I cannot look into this as you have left an anonymous review, if you would contact me direct at the Practice I will be able to investigate what exactly happened, and discuss the issues with you direct.
