All the staff at the JR are helpful, kind and considerate. It's an incredibly reassuring place to be if you're scared because you are feeling overwhelmingly unwell. Staff take time to explain procedures thoroughly so you know what's going to happen. They are always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble.
