About: Croydon University Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

My 18 year old daughter is terrified of having blood taken. The team rallied round to reassure; although she was visibly shaking and trying to seek excuses not to have a blood test. Melissa (Mel) in particular gave my daughter reassurance and eventually she allowed her to take blood. The staff were great.
