"Poor mental health service"

About: North East London NHS Foundation Trust / Liaison psychiatry Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

Took my daughter four times to queen's hospital, only in the fourth visit and when she assaulted her family member and security, did they help us she was suffering from psychosis. The A& E staff nurse was very stern and unhelpful it took us ages to getting her in hospital and she allowed her to leave. Finally sectioned on fourth attempt for 72 hours care on ward was brilliant and mental health nurse was amazing. Mental health team came from Goodmayes and didn't want to admit her she is now in a mental health unit in Wales under section 2 not very impressed.
