(as a service user),

I would like to thank John from minor injuries for taking such good care of my little girl when she attended for a fractured wrist. The whole experience from the staff on the front door to radiography team to nursing staff was phenomenal.

All covid checks were carried out in a friendly and non-threatening manner so my 7 year old felt completely at ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming with a high level of clinical skills.

We are so lucky to have such an amazing service, thank you from us all.

Thank you for taking the time to send in such lovely feedback in regards to the time you and your daughter spent in the Minor Injuries Unit at the New Victoria Hospital.

I would like to take this time to wish your daughter a speedy recovery with her fractured wrist. I was delighted to see you were happy with the service provided by the staff and the precautions we have put in place around COVID 19.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to all the staff involved especially John who I'm sure will be humbled to hear such glowing feedback.
