"5 calls to change prescription "

I have given in and after many years left the practise, I am tired of waiting for a phone to be picked up, tired of speaking to various people except a GP which should be the main function of a surgery and the final straw was a simple change to a prescription which took 5 calls to the surgery and 2 to the chemist... 2 doctors gave excellent care, but not guaranteed one could get to speak to either so gave up... both myself and husband have life limiting complaints so sick of being palmed off with nurses rather than GP’s, each have a role and although one expects some overlapping it would appear that we are to accept a complete role change in terms of treatment and diagnosis.. so so sorry to leave 2 marvellous doctors, the rest I’m overjoyed to be moving on...
