I was seen in A & E Pilgrim first and cannot fault their care, really felt looked after and was promptly seen by a doctor and then admitted onto the ward.
The care I received on AMSS was exceptional, all staff from nurses, health care, doctors, housekeeping and the ward clerks were very caring, professional and nothing was too much trouble. It was a very scary time, and they were all reassuring and I received the best care. Such a lovely ward, a credit to the NHS.
I must also mention the lovely staff in the MRI department. I was very nervous due to suffering from claustrophobia. One of the ladies very kindly supported me throughout the process. I would not have got through it without her. I am very grateful for her care and compassion.
